Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via our portal or email within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Robot

  Clean the device, empty all water tanks, and securely pack the unit in its original Narwal packaging including all accessories and manuals.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
